Why We Started Thrive Automated
Carlton’s Journey
My journey to start Thrive Automated began with a personal mission. As the son of a small business owner, specifically my father who runs his own law firm, I witnessed the challenges he faced in promoting his brand online and attracting reliable leads.
I wanted to help my father's law firm gain access to today’s growing technology and powerful digital tools to help him compete in his industry. Drawing on my background in technology and business, we developed a suite of services designed to streamline every aspect of a business's digital operations, from website creation and social media management to marketing automation and lead generation. Armed with these tools, I was able to help my father grow his digital presence, attract more reliable leads, and ultimately, expand his law business.
The success of my father's firm served as proof of concept for Thrive Automated, inspiring us to continue our mission of empowering local businesses to thrive in the digital age. Inspired by my father, I am eager to help more local businesses achieve their goals and realize their full potential.
Kamar’s Journey
My journey with Thrive Automated began with a burning passion for helping people scale their business online. When I was 16, I loved watching my favorite entrepreneurs share their journey to helping local businesses grow with innovative technologies and software. My favorite approach that they used was helping smaller businesses grow by simply harnessing the power of digital marketing. This fascinated me, and I wanted to try it for myself.
I began going to the library and watching every video on social media marketing that I could, as well as enrolling in courses centered around how to advertise online. I quickly became skilled in Facebook marketing and began reaching out to local businesses to test my skills. The majority were not interested, but the founder of a local soccer clinic decided to give me a chance. Thus, my marketing agency was born.
After running it for three years, I teamed up with Carlton to create what is now Thrive Automated. One of my favorite parts of this journey has been developing real connections with my clients and knowing them on a personal level. I feel as if my client’s business is my own, which makes helping them the most rewarding feeling in the world. I am eager to embark on this new chapter with Thrive Automated, and help every business I can share their story and passion with as many people as possible.
